KandyHotel is presented as a SriLankaX platform. Contact the team at partner@srilankax.com with questions about information you share through a KandyHotel enquiry. External hotels and SriLankaPartner operate their own services and their privacy information should be checked separately.
The request preview
Information entered in the current request builder is used in your browser to display the trip summary. This site does not currently send those form fields to hotels, create a guest account or send offer notification emails. The application does not save your form entries to browser storage. Closing or refreshing the page can remove the preview.
Information you send by email
If you email the team, your address, message and attachments are handled through the email service and used to review and reply to your enquiry. Do not send payment card details, passwords or unnecessary identity documents. Ask the team if you need information about a particular enquiry’s handling or deletion.
Hosting and technical requests
Loading this website sends technical requests to the hosting infrastructure, which may process connection information such as IP address, time, requested URL and browser information for delivery and security. The page code does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting providers and external services may apply their own technical processing.
External links
Following an external link, including SriLankaPartner, transfers you to another website with its own policies. Opening a mail link uses your chosen email application. We do not ask you for payment card information through this website.
Questions and future changes
Contact partner@srilankax.com to ask about information you have sent, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Retention and any limits on deletion depend on the enquiry and applicable obligations; no fixed retention period is specified here. Before live guest request collection is introduced, this notice must describe the responsible operator, data recipients, retention and any additional processing.
