Build a useful request
Add your dates, every guest, the number of rooms and the budget for the whole group per night. Explain essential facilities separately from nice extras. Children’s ages, bed arrangements and access requirements help a hotel propose a suitable room instead of guessing.
Let matching hotels respond
Participating hotels decide whether they can accommodate the trip and send an offer. Their offer must beat the comparable public booking price for the same room, dates, guests and conditions. There is no fixed number of replies, and submitting a request does not guarantee availability.
Compare the full stay
Check room type, occupancy, taxes, meals, optional extras, payment timing and cancellation. A room only offer and a breakfast package can have the same headline price but different overall value. Look at the amount for the entire stay, not just the nightly figure.
Choose, then wait for confirmation
Choosing an offer starts a reservation request. The stay is confirmed after the hotel accepts it. Follow the hotel’s confirmed payment and arrival instructions. KandyHotel charges guests no booking fee; payment for accommodation is directly to the hotel.
What you can try on this website
The current request builder and offer examples are interactive previews. They let you build and review a trip but do not transmit a request to hotels, send an email or make a reservation. Use the contact page for an enquiry about the service.
Before you choose
- Set dates and guest numbers
- Mark the essentials
- Read the room and total price
- Wait for written hotel confirmation
