Only an authorised property representative should enquire about participation or manage a profile. Provide accurate business and accommodation information, room capacity, facilities, location and a reliable guest contact. Do not use photos, reviews, hotel categories or claims you cannot substantiate.
Offer requirements
Respond only to requests you can fulfil. Quote a lower total than the equivalent publicly bookable hotel rate for the same room, dates, guests and booking conditions. Include taxes and mandatory fees, identify optional extras and explain meals, cancellation, payment schedule and offer validity. Keep the public comparison source and time.
Availability and confirmation
Keep offered inventory and validity accurate. A guest selecting an offer initiates a reservation request; the hotel must confirm it before presenting the stay as reserved. Communicate changes directly and promptly, and honour the confirmed conditions.
Guest information
Use guest information only for the relevant enquiry, reservation and appropriate service communications under the applicable agreement and law. Restrict access to authorised staff. Do not copy guest details into unrelated marketing lists without an appropriate basis.
Commercial agreement and payments
Hotel subscriptions, trial periods, reservation thresholds, commissions or other fees are not set by this page. The hotel must receive and accept its applicable commercial agreement before activation. Guest accommodation payments are made directly to the hotel according to the agreed offer.
