Personal offers and the price requirement
A participating hotel’s live offer must beat its comparable public booking price for the same room, dates, guests, inclusions and conditions. Mandatory taxes and fees belong in the total. Compare the exact room, meals, optional charges, validity and payment terms before requesting a reservation.
Confirmation and payment
A reservation requires the hotel to accept and confirm the request. Availability is not guaranteed merely because an example or offer is displayed. The hotel provides accommodation and states its deposit, payment, cancellation, refund and arrival conditions. KandyHotel charges guests no booking fee; accommodation payments are made directly to the hotel.
